Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talentstra is seeking an experienced telecom sales professional for the role of Account Executive in the Telecom sector. The successful candidate will engage with Telecom Operators and Infrastructure Owners to drive new logo acquisition and pipeline growth, ensuring successful execution of projects and representing the client at industry events.ResponsibilitiesOwn annual quota and drive new logo acquisition and pipeline growth to grow the Telecom businessEngage decision-makers and develop relationships with operators, engineering firms, EPCs, and service providersDevelop strategic partnerships where co-selling and industry collaboration foster growthClose pilot projects, prove value, and expand to multi-year programsWork with delivery teams to ensure successful executionRepresent client at industry events and conferencesSkills5+ years of selling in telecom infrastructure: fiber networks, tower infrastructure, broadband deployment in the US MarketProven track record in closing enterprise dealsConsistent quota attainment over multiple yearsHunter mentality: opening new accounts, building pipeline, navigating complex sales cyclesDeep understanding of fiber network design and construction: FTTx deployment, site surveys, make-ready engineering, as-built documentation, and splice managementKnowledge of tower infrastructure: drone surveys, structural analysis, equipment integration, digital twinsFamiliarity with federal broadband funding programsMust have experience working with or selling to operators and/or engineering firmsEstablished relationships in telecom and broadband marketsUnderstanding of how operators and engineering firms procure servicesConsultative selling: diagnose pain, tailor solutions, build trustSelf-starter who builds territory independentlyStrong presentation and proposal skillsCRM proficiencyBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fieldRegular travel for customer meetings and eventsCompany OverviewAt Talentstra, we believe every great organization is built on the strength of its people, and the right leaders can change everything.
