The role of Account Executive involves driving territory growth through strategic business development and managing customer relationships within the Southeast region.ResponsibilitiesDrive aggressive territory growth through strategic business development and relationship-driven sales efforts across the Southeast regionDevelop new customer relationships within food processors, food manufacturers, packers, and related food industry organizationsManage and expand existing customer accounts while identifying additional revenue opportunities within those relationshipsExecute a highly proactive “hunter” sales approach through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and industry relationship buildingPartner closely with leadership to execute territory growth strategies and expand overall market presenceServe as a trusted advisor to customers by identifying packaging challenges and delivering tailored solutionsMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through consistent outbound activity and customer engagementCollaborate cross-functionally with internal operations, customer support, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional client experienceTravel throughout the assigned territory as needed to support customer relationships, prospect meetings, and business development initiativesRepresent the organization professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade-related functionsContinuously monitor market activity, customer trends, and competitive dynamics within the food packaging industryContribute directly to the continued expansion of the company’s brand and market share throughout the Southeast regionSkills5–10 years of business development, account management, or outside sales experience within the food industry requiredExperience selling into food processors, food manufacturers, packers, or related food industry organizations requiredMust be located within the Southeastern part of the United StatesStrong “hunter mentality” with the ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new opportunities independentlyAbility to work remotely while managing territory prioritiesStrong communication, presentation, and consultative selling capabilitiesWillingness to travel throughout the Southeast region as neededBachelor's Degree preferred, but not required based on overall industry and sales experienceBenefitsRemote Flexibility with Limited TravelCompany OverviewWe specialize in staffing and recruitment for manufacturing, distribution, and renewable energy companies, delivering permanent placement and contract staffing solutions for business-critical roles.
