The Account Executive will be responsible for winning new business and revenue across the North America Eastern region, collaborating with senior management to drive growth strategies.ResponsibilitiesLeads efforts for identifying opportunities and growing revenue and new name accounts in North AmericaWorking with Kinaxis senior management to develop the relevant account strategies and engagements to drive pipeline growth and close deals within agreed timelinesHighly credible and able to demonstrate understanding of the relevant client operations and strategies and linking them to the relevant solutions and high value propositions that go beyond just technologyTeam player who is able to work and help ensure delivery of client sales propositionsEstablishing and maintaining high-level, executive relationships with New Name Accounts, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of strategic relationships (direct and reseller)Qualifying prospects according to Kinaxis’ capabilities and applicabilityProviding accurate sales forecasts and relevant reporting based upon realistic close timelinesCommunicating product improvements and recommendations that originate in the fieldSkills8+ years' experience in selling strategic, enterprise level mission critical solutions (SCM, ERP, BI)Sales experience in Automotive, High Tech Electronics, Industrial, Pharmaceutical and similar manufacturing oriented industries with the ability to ultimately lead the sales for a particular industry verticalDegree qualified with industry and SCM experience preferredHighly motivated who has achieved or exceeded sales quota in new or emerging markets with leading and of 'Best of Breed' technologiesDemonstrated track record of closing New Name AccountsExperience working in different North American markets and geographies on complex dealsAbility to penetrate and sell to executive level decision makersAbility to sell to multiple constituencies within an organization (Manufacturing Operations, Demand Management, Finance, IT)Consultative, value-proposition/business case driven sales methodology experienceMust be an articulate, persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent presentation skillsAbility to work and act independently and be pro-activeAbility to travel as requiredFluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is nice to haveBenefitsFlexible vacation and Kinaxis Days (company-wide day off on the third Friday of every month)Flexible work optionsPhysical and mental well-being programsRegularly scheduled virtual fitness classesMentorship programs, training, and career developmentRecognition programs and referral rewardsHackathonsCompany OverviewKinaxis is a leading provider of cloud-based subscription software.
