Content Strategist - Contract

• Role Description: You will map Reddit by contextualizing and identifying relationships between subreddits and posts based on culture, trends, audience, genre and/or theme. You will create categories and label subreddits and posts to improve Reddit’s content understanding, resulting in better ML recommendations.
• Responsibilities: Understand policy and labeling guidelines and execute accurate labels based on those guidelines.
• Content labeling (maintaining the accuracy and coverage of our community topics and ratings).
• QA of Machine Learning results and creation of data-sets for Machine Learning training.
• Identifying common patterns in datasets.
• Document insights based on labeling observations.
• Bonus Points: Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
• Experience as a successful content creator/curator on TikTok/YouTube/Instagram.
• Experience as a moderator on Reddit.
Requirements:
• Experience with investigating, reviewing, or assessing digital content.
• Deep knowledge of and passion for Reddit, internet culture and online trends.
