[Remote] Account Executive, Fire/EMS

They are seeking a highly motivated Fire/EMS Account Executive to expand the adoption of drone technology within fire services, serving as a trusted advisor to various emergency management organizations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with Fire/EMS agencies throughout an assigned territoryConduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for command staff, training divisions, operations personnel, and elected officialsServe as a subject matter expert on public safety UAS operations, deployment models, regulatory considerations, and best practicesWork with agencies to develop Drone as First Responder (DFR), HazMat, USAR, wildfire, and emergency response programsAssist departments in evaluating funding opportunities, budget development, and implementation planningCollaborate with BRINC product, engineering, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure customer successAttend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote BRINC solutions and strengthen industry relationshipsMaintain an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies, public safety trends, and the evolving UAS landscapeSkills5+ years of experience in the fire serviceDemonstrated experience with public safety UAS operationsStrong understanding of Fire/EMS operations, command structures, and emergency response environmentsPassionate about growing drone technology within the fire serviceSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a large territoryComfortable engaging with Fire Chiefs, command staff, elected officials, and executive leadershipAble to discuss deployment models, dispatch integration, operational workflows, budgeting, procurement, and agency capabilitiesStrong presentation and public speaking skillsAbility to build credibility through real-world operational experienceWildland and/or high-rise fire experience preferred, including an understanding of wildfire operations, incident management, WUI response, and emerging applications for UAS technology in wildfire detection, mapping, and suppression supportFire service air operations experienceAbility to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory minimally 75% of the timeFAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate preferredExperience developing, managing, or supporting a public safety drone programSales experience preferredBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental and vision plans for our employees and their families401K planMaternity and paternity leaveFlexible Time Off (Exempt) / Paid time off (Non-Exempt)Flexible work environmentOrca pass (for those in Puget Sound)Free parking (Seattle office)Free snacks, drinks and espresso (Seattle office)Company OverviewBRINC Drones develops technology that enhances public safety, focusing on hardware, software, and services for emergency responders.
