The Enterprise & Strategic Account Executive will drive growth by managing relationships with large enterprises and government agencies, focusing on building pipeline and closing new business in the cybersecurity training market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a territory strategy focused on enterprise and strategic accounts in UAEOwn the full sales cycleโfrom prospecting and discovery to closing six-figure deals and expanding key accountsMeet and exceed ARR targets while delivering a world-class customer experienceEngage with C-level executives and security leaders, positioning OffSec as a key partner in cybersecurity workforce developmentCollaborate with partners, channels, and alliances to identify and close new business opportunitiesLead compelling product demonstrations, sales presentations, and executive briefings for prospects and customersMaintain an accurate sales forecast and ensure strong pipeline managementAct as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them solve critical cybersecurity training and workforce challengesWork cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive customer adoption and satisfactionSkillsFluent in English and fluent in written and speaking of at least one of the languages below: Arabic7+ years of experience in enterprise sales selling B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training solutions3+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions in UAEProven track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in strategic account expansion and high-value enterprise dealsStrong ability to sell to large enterprises and government agencies, navigating complex procurement processesExperience closing six-figure enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training solutionsExpertise in solution selling methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, CoM, or Win by DesignStrong partner & channel sales experience โ ability to leverage alliances for accelerated revenue growthProficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorBachelor's degree required; MBA is a plusSelf-starter mentality with a strong ability to manage complex enterprise sales cyclesStrong pipeline generation and deal execution skillsHigh-performance mindset โ goal-oriented, adaptable, and resilientExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with a consultative sales approachAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while working independentlyBenefitsRemote-first culture โ Work from anywhere in Taiwan.Competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and career growth opportunities.Company OverviewOffSec (fka Offensive Security) is empowering the world to fight cyber threats with indispensable cybersecurity skills and resources.
