[Remote] Account Executive

OrderMyGear (OMG) is a leading technology company in the apparel and promotional product decoration industry, seeking a high-energy Account Executive. This role involves driving new business through outbound prospecting and managing the entire sales lifecycle to win over prospective clients. Responsibilities Generate new business through high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) Run a full sales cycle from prospecting → demo → close Manage a high-velocity pipeline with a short sales cycle Help prospective businesses evaluate our solutions and handle detailed questions about our product capabilities Deliver concise, compelling product demos Handle objections in real-time and move deals forward quickly Establish relationships, engage and 'win over' key decision makers within prospective customers’ businesses, including C-level executives, outside sales reps, and accounting teams Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets Track activity and pipeline accurately in CRM (Salesforce) Skills Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred A minimum of one (1) year of quota-carrying high-volume SMB/Production SaaS experience with a track record of success, meeting or exceeding quota Ability to quickly learn and understand the intricacies of our software product and relevant applications to unique customer workflows Proven track record of: High activity levels (calls, outreach) Closing deals in a short sales cycle environment Comfortable making cold calls daily (this is critical) Strong objection handling and ability to think on your feet Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance metrics Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and confident Highly coachable and adaptable to feedback Team Player Collaborative Benefits Unlimited PTO Remote work available for U.S.-based candidates 401(k) with employer match Paid parental leave In-office benefits for those local to Dallas, TX: Catered lunches Casual office atmosphere & located in the Design District Fully stocked kitchen Company Overview OrderMyGear (OMG) is the technology platform that simplifies the branded merchandise industry.
