[Remote] Account Executive

They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Executive to join their North America Business Unit and support the growth of strategic client relationships.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow assigned client accounts within the North America regionSupport senior account managers and leadership on strategic enterprise accountsCoordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and account-related activitiesServe as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned customersAssist with pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecastingMaintain accurate CRM records and account data in HubSpotPrepare client presentations, proposals, account plans, and meeting materialsCollaborate with delivery teams to ensure strong customer communication and alignmentTrack renewals, ongoing projects, and account expansion opportunitiesConduct account research, stakeholder mapping, and competitive analysisIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across KaarTech's service offeringsSupport outbound sales and marketing initiatives targeting key accounts and industriesPrepare reports, dashboards, and account updates for leadership reviewSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship ManagementExperience in a B2B services, technology, or consulting environment is preferredHands-on experience with HubSpot CRMStrong communication, organizational, and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office SuiteSelf-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within sales and account managementExperience supporting enterprise or mid-market customer accountsExposure to SAP, enterprise software, cloud solutions, or digital transformation servicesUnderstanding of North American business culture and customer engagement practicesExperience working with offshore and cross-functional teamsCompany OverviewWe are a global leader in technology solutions, empowering businesses to thrive in a digital world through innovation, expertise, and unparalleled service.
