[Remote] Project Manager, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Program

This role provides leadership for the online program, overseeing curriculum design, accreditation, and enrollment management to enhance student experience and program growth.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and continuous improvement of the online ABA curriculum, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavior Analysis competencies and industry standardsPartner with Manhattanville's instructional designers to develop engaging, high-quality asynchronous and synchronous learning experiencesTransition the program to an accelerated formatEnsure all courses meet quality benchmarks (e.g., accessibility, student engagement, measurable learning outcomes)Oversee course mapping to certification requirements such as those set by the Behavior Analyst Certification BoardMonitor student experience data (retention, satisfaction, completion rates) and implement improvementsEvaluate and integrate learning technologies that enhance online delivery and student outcomesCollaborate with program faculty to lead the program's preparation for and maintenance of Association for Behavior Analysis International accreditationEnsure curriculum, faculty qualifications, and student outcomes align with ABAI standardsDesign and manage a comprehensive assessment plan, including direct and indirect measures of student learningCollect, analyze, and report data on student achievement, fieldwork performance, and certification exam outcomesCoordinate accreditation documentation, self-studies, and site visit preparationEstablish continuous improvement cycles based on assessment findingsCollaborate with faculty and leadership to ensure compliance with institutional and external regulatory requirementsAlong with the program coordinator, collaborate with admissions and marketing to develop and execute recruitment strategies for the online ABA programMonitor enrollment funnel metrics (inquiries, applications, yield, retention) and optimize performanceIdentify target student populations (e.g., working professionals, career changers) and refine program positioningSupport development of messaging that highlights program quality, certification pathways, and career outcomesAnalyze market trends and competitor programs to inform pricing, modality, and program offeringsImplement retention strategies to improve persistence and graduation ratesContribute to forecasting and enrollment planning in alignment with institutional goalsSkillsA Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field, from an accredited college or universityEquivalent terminal degrees in relevant disciplines will also be consideredMust possess Behavior Analyst CertificationOnline pedagogy and course designEnrollment managementKnowledge Of ABAI AccreditationCompany OverviewManhattanville University (www.mville.edu) is an independent, co-educational liberal arts institution whose mission is to prepare students, through rigorous academic and co-curricular programs, for ethically and socially responsible service and leadership within a global community.
