They are seeking an Account Executive to manage accounts, coordinate documentation, negotiate coverage terms, and maintain communication with stakeholders to support client relationships and business development efforts.ResponsibilitiesManage accounts from submission through binding, including coordinating all required documentation and communicationsPartner with brokers and underwriters to solicit, quote, and maintain new and renewal businessNegotiate coverage terms with carriers, including pricing, deductibles, enhancements, and exclusionsSelect appropriate carriers and manage the marketing process for assigned accountsPrepare and deliver quotes, coverage comparisons, and recommendations to support placement decisionsProcess new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and carrier guidelinesIssue binders, invoices, and confirm coverage details, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurateMaintain ongoing communication with agents, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of account activitiesSupport retention and renewal strategies by identifying opportunities to expand coverage and strengthen client relationshipsProvide guidance and direction to support staff as needed to ensure efficient workflow and service deliveryConduct research and prepare account or market analysis to support client and business development effortsMaintain accurate records and manage all correspondence in accordance with company standardsStay current on industry trends, market conditions, and carrier capabilities through ongoing education and trainingSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceProgressive experience in wholesale insurance, brokerage, or underwriting support roles (typically 3+ years)Demonstrated experience managing accounts, marketing business, and supporting placement activitiesStrong understanding of insurance products, coverage structures, and market dynamicsAbility to independently manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions with limited supervisionActive state insurance license required in applicable lines of businessStrong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and carrier guidelinesAbility to negotiate terms and evaluate coverage options to support optimal placement outcomesEffective account management skills across the full lifecycle (submission, quoting, binding, renewal)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface across internal and external stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and systems used for policy and account managementStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with agents, carriers, and internal teamsAbility to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-makingCommitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry trends and market developmentsBenefitsEligible full-time teammates enjoy access to medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and AD&D insuranceTax-advantaged savings accounts401(k) plan with company matchGenerous paid time off programs, including company holidays, vacation and sick days, new parent leave, and moreEligible positions may also qualify for restricted stock units and/or a deferred compensation planCompany OverviewCRC Group is all about progress.
