[Remote] Financial Analyst, Global Brand Finance - UGG & HOKA

The Financial Analyst will support UGG and HOKA by partnering with various teams to improve financial planning and reporting, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and performance targets.ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing across UGG and HOKA, ensuring spend aligns with strategy and SG&A targetsBuild ROI and campaign performance frameworks to drive disciplined investment decisions across agencies, sport marketing, and partnershipsSupport 3 to 5-year revenue and margin planning by developing consistent, well-governed assumptions across brand, product, and finance partnersTranslate product, pricing, and mix decisions into clear financial implications, risks, and tradeoffs throughout go-to-market milestonesPartner with Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to improve inventory visibility, support composition analysis, and scenario planningDeliver hindsight and forecast-accuracy analyses across planning horizons to strengthen decision-making and learning loopsProvide high-impact ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and evolving business needsContinuously streamline tools, reporting, and processes to improve decision speed, clarity, and qualitySkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong financial analysis, modeling, and business acumenMinimum 1+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical roleStrong Excel modeling skills (required)Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong collaboration and communication skillsInterest in consumer brands, marketing analytics, and long-range planningExperience with Hyperion or similar planning systems (preferred)Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (nice to have)BenefitsCompetitive Pay and BonusesFinancial Planning and wellbeingTime away from workExtras, discounts and perksGrowth and DevelopmentHealth and WellnessCompany OverviewFootwear & Apparel Company It was founded in 1973, and is headquartered in Goleta, California, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
