They are seeking a driven and strategic Account Executive to identify and close high-value accounts, providing customized logistics and transportation solutions to enterprise-level shippers.ResponsibilitiesProspect and develop new enterprise-level accounts across target verticalsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closeBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with VPs, Directors, and C-suite stakeholdersDevelop customized solutions through collaboration with Operations, Pricing, and Solutions Design teamsAchieve and exceed annual revenue and volume targetsMaintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM systemsRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetingsPartner with Account Management to ensure a seamless post-close transition and long-term client retentionSkills5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2–3+ years in logistics, freight, or supply chain solutionsProven track record of closing six‑ and seven‑figure contractsStrong understanding of truckload (TL) and cross‑border transportationExcellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similarAbility to travel as neededSelf‑starter with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environmentExperience with US / Canada / Mexico cross‑border freightFamiliarity with TMS platforms and logistics technologyExisting book of business or shipper relationshipsBilingual (English & Spanish) is an assetBenefitsCompetitive salary + uncapped commission401(k) retirement planClear career growth opportunitiesComprehensive healthcare benefitsGenerous paid time offCompany OverviewCharger Logistics'​ strives to offer the best client focused logistics solution.
