They are seeking a hunter-style Sales Director to drive new logo acquisition for their Enterprise AI Business Unit, emphasizing AI implementation and enterprise sales strategies.ResponsibilitiesDrive pipeline creation and close $10M+ in net-new enterprise deals annuallyPosition Innodata’s offerings:AI Implementation: Smart search, knowledge assist, copilots, and agentic AIGenAI QA: Red-teaming, model evaluation, safety, and reliability testingGenAI Context Engineering: Structuring enterprise context into AI workflowsGenAI Product Operations Support: Scaling model operations, triage, labeling, and developer platform supportBuild trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Innovation leaders to shape AI transformation roadmapsMap target accounts, orchestrate tailored outreach, and land pilots that expand into enterprise programsPartner with Pre-sales, practice, delivery and solution teams to co-create compelling proposals, POVs, and demosRepresent Innodata at industry events, AI forums, and analyst discussions to raise market visibilitySkills10–15 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven hunter track record in new logo acquisitionDemonstrated ability to close $2M+ deals in enterprise servicesExisting CxO and VP-level network in Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or ManufacturingUnderstanding of the AI adoption lifecycle and enterprise pain points: implementation, evaluation, governance, and operationsConsultative, research-driven prospector with strong closing skills and executive presencePrior experience in AI/ML, GenAI, digital transformation, or enterprise software/services strongly preferredCompany Overview(NASDAQ: INOD) Innodata is a global data engineering company.
