EBQ is seeking an Account Executive to focus on cultivating and expanding a strong sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities for assigned clientele. The role involves cross-selling and upselling, consistently meeting sales targets, and fostering exceptional partner and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesEffectively work and manage a sales pipeline with multiple prospects to acquire net new businessCross-sell and upsell to develop new business when appropriateMeet metrics including the incorporation of defined discovery questions, features and benefits, closing techniques, call performance objectives, and new logo targets/revenue targetsRegularly update Salesforce.com or applicable CRM with relevant notes to accurately forecast and close business within the average sales cycleConsistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisorRetain training and direction from company leadershipProfessionally manage client expectations and workloadAdhere to company policies and valuesWork effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clientsPerform other duties as assignedSkillsHighly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience in sales development, account management, or full salesAdaptability and strong multi-tasking skillsWorking proficiency in Outlook and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM)Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organizationProcess-orientedHigh attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a collaborative work environmentAbility to implement ideas and direction around sales process and messagingBackground in technology sales is preferredCompany OverviewEBQ is an outsourced sales and marketing organization, providing services to software and technology companies.
