Sales Development Representative
Nitra is focused on building a more efficient healthcare system through fintech and software solutions. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify leads, engage potential clients through cold calling, and contribute to the company's growth.ResponsibilitiesConduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to initiate contact with prospects and introduce our products/servicesAttending conferences to actively engage with industry peers and prospects, leveraging networking opportunities and insightful discussions to close valuable sales leadsCollaborate with the Sales team to create and execute strategies for lead generation and customer acquisitionContinuously build a target prospect list of healthcare professionals and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreachEducate healthcare professionals on Nitra's offeringQualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying behavior to determine potential fit with our offeringsAssist in maintaining accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer information using CRM softwareCollaborate with the sales team to develop sales pitches, presentations, and materials tailored to different customer segmentsSkillsProven experience in cold calling potential clients/customers to generate leads and initiate sales conversations1+ years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage in cold calling activities and drive lead conversion and sales growthStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and professional demeanorSelf-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to learn about the industryAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environmentDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteA bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)Background as a college athlete is plusFamiliarity with CRM software is a plusBenefitsEquity - Everyone at Nitra is an owner.
