As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle and building relationships with senior executives at major companies.ResponsibilitiesBuild the GTM Motion: Establish Turnkey’s presence in the crypto/fintech market, identifying new verticals and high-value opportunitiesOwn Full Sales Cycle: Drive deals end-to-end—prospect, qualify, run technical discovery, design solutions, negotiate contracts, and closeCraft Deal Strategies: Develop creative approaches for first-of-kind, complex deals; align cross-functional stakeholders internally and externallyEngage the C-Suite: Build trusted relationships with senior decision makers (CIO, CTO, CISO, CFO) at our prospective and current clientsNavigate Complex Products: Translate technical capabilities (APIs, security models, integrations) into clear business value for diverse stakeholdersInfluence GTM & Product: Partner closely with founders, exec, Product, and Engineering—bringing market insights back to shape our roadmapRepresent Turnkey Externally: Act as an ambassador at industry events, conferences, and in strategic networksSkills8+ years of sales experience, including proven success in building net-new business in complex technical salesStrong track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cyclesAbility to engage credibly with both technical teams (developers, security engineers) and business leaders (C-suite, finance)Experience selling APIs, infrastructure, or highly technical SaaS products is a plusEntrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build systems from scratchExceptional executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skillsComfort working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Risk, and Finance teamsExperience at a high-growth startup or scaling a new vertical within a larger organizationCrypto, fintech, or security infrastructure background preferredTechnical proficiency and curiosity about developer tools, APIs, or cryptographyBiased towards action & a one-team mentalityBenefitsFull benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, 401(k)Paid parental leaveUnlimited PTO$3,000/yr learning and development budget for conferences and education.Multiple team offsites per year.Lunch stipendCompany OverviewTurnkey is a crypto wallet infrastructure company that enables embedded wallets and automates onchain transactions through APIs.
