UI Artist - Netflix Game Studio
We're seeking a talented UI Artist to join our new in-house game studio at Netflix, where you'll play a key role in creating immersive and engaging social video games. As a UI Artist, you will be responsible for designing and developing beautiful, dynamic visuals that enhance the player experience.

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled UI Artist with a passion for creating stunning visuals and a great eye for kinetic motion graphics. You will be responsible for creating original source art, bringing it to life, and collaborating with designers and engineers to bring projects to life. As a UX-focused individual, you will design intuitive and clean interfaces that prioritize user experience.
Responsibilities:
Create end-user interface properties that live on top of our game environment
Use art tools to clearly show the intended rotation and motion scheme of UI elements
Develop UI mocks that block design and layout (graybox)
Collaborate with developers to create game menus
Improve usability and accessibility by working with other organizations
Provide and receive creative feedback, generate ideas, and provide clear creative goals and outcomes
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a UI Designer with at least 1 shipped title
Strong knowledge of UX design and the ability to visualize the game in its entirety
Experience with Unity and the ability to create Unity assets and original content
Proficiency in art tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Bonus Skills:
Traditional illustration skills
Knowledge of video and board games
Passion for your work and a desire to contribute to a thriving team
