The company is seeking seasoned account executives to join their sales team, where they will partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decisions and manage a robust sales pipeline.ResponsibilitiesYou will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospectingBe a leader at Placer by being the “quarterback” with our customers, and internal teammates to ensure high satisfaction and growing revenue in our Strategic Account baseBuild a strong point of view on how to help the customer, and drive value to PlacerSegment book of business to ensure proper focus and resourcing to our top opportunitiesPartner with the Customer Success, Sales Development, and Solutions Engineer team to develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies that maximize renewal contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationshipBuilding credibility and trust while influencing buying decisionsDrive existing customer conversations around new products to hit expansion quotasManage the sales process whether during renewal timing or outside the typical renewal cycleForecast projected expansion sales and renewalsProvide regular updates on status to management and escalate as appropriateDrive conversations with customers on multi-year contractsIdentify customer needs and demonstrate strong account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closureBe an expert negotiator selling the value of our productsWork cross functionally to develop retention and expansion strategiesSkillsBA/BS or similar college-level education5+ years selling in the B2B Software spaceFocus on selling to large organizationsExperience working with G-Suite: Gmail, Google Slides, Sheets, etcAdvanced understanding of working with SFDC or relevant CRMExcellent, clear verbal and non-verbal communication skillsA positive attitude and a selfless approach to teamworkA proven ‘problem solver' with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-growing startup organizationTravel is required 10% of the time for conferencesBenefitsCertain roles have the opportunity to earn sales-based commissionsMedical, dental and vision coverageFlexible time off401KEquity awards for certain rolesFully remoteCompany OverviewPlacer.ai offers a traffic analytics platform that allows anyone to generate insights into any property.
