You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish, have prior customer service experience, and are eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology * Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat * Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system * Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent.
