The Account Development Representative will contribute to Illumio’s sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Development Representative (ADR), you will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to Illumio’s sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting responsibilitiesAs a member of our sales organization, you will own account-based prospecting activities in your assigned region and deliver qualified introductory meetings with key decisions that ultimately lead to meaningful pipeline and revenue for the companyGenerate prospecting campaigns to canvass and map target accounts, identify business stakeholders, and uncover existing segmentation related needs/projectsManage inbound leads qualification and channel engagement to support the growth in your designated territory coverageProvide proactive sales development coverage via phone, email, and social selling tacticsBe an active and valuable member of the Illumio sales, marketing, and channel ecosystemSkills1-2 years of sales development experience, software technology preferredA sales hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations and handle objections with all levels of management and technical professionalsExpertise in developing value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and sales qualificationProficiency with marketing & sales technologies, such as Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etcA self-starter that can manage themselves and not rely on others to tell them what to doStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and adaptive to rapidly changing environmentsAbility to collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Marketing, and other business unitsCompany OverviewIllumio is a cybersecurity platform specializing in breach containment and Zero Trust segmentation across hybrid environments.
