[Remote] Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator will manage relationships with partners, oversee activations, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee relationships with new and existing partners Manage partner communication, including weekly touchpoints Build and monitor all partner activations in your book of business and provide assistance to teammates when needed Provide excellent customer service and fast response times when communicating with existing partners and prospects Optimize processes and checks & balances to ensure all service requests are being fulfilled accurately and effectively and all partnerships are flourishing Accurately track key performance metrics for partner success and optimize as-needed Skills Bachelor's degree is required Well-versed in digital marketing trends Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional response times Highly organized with tremendous attention to detail Ability to multi-task and context switch efficiently Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences Excellent public speaker, with confident presentation skills At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a corporate/brands setting, is preferred Experience working with large-scale consumer brands or agencies preferred Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses with long-term incentives Comprehensive health benefits package including company-paid medical, dental, vision benefits Access to exclusive sporting events and industry networking opportunities Fully remote Generous budget for work-related equipment (laptop, monitor, etc) Flexible PTO program with generous unlimited vacation days and paid holidays Company 401(k) plan Company Overview WIT is the best-in-class digital activation platform that powers some of the most exciting, turnkey experiences in sports and entertainment.
