Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels, including text, phone, and email
Champion our core values and contribute to achieving the goals of our pet care center
Collaborate with our medical teams to deliver seamless support
Work closely with the Sr. Director of Virtual Support to ensure success
Requirements
1+ year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Dedicated home office or quiet workspace with high-speed reliable internet
Availability to work weekend shifts and EST time zone
Residency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
