- Thoroughly examine loan applications through multiple software systems
- Evaluate applicant eligibility for loans
- Create and renew records
- Identify customer needs and explore available options
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Minimum of High school diploma/ GED
- Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage
