Ā Maintain effective communication with students, families, and team leaders through multiple channels, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
Ā Keep meticulous online activity logs while actively participating in enjoyable and mandatory team meetings.
Required Skills
Ā Proficiency in technology platforms such as Zoom, Exact Path, and Reading Eggs.
Ā Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Ā Excellent oral and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions.
Qualifications
Ā A Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field is required.
Ā A valid Michigan teaching certification, or the willingness to obtain it within two months of employment.
Ā Previous experience in virtual teaching and adeptness at managing an online classroom is preferred.
