Registered Nurse - Telehealth

Join Australia's leading Corporate Telehealth provider offering support to employees in managing their illness or injury, utilizing our best practice system to guide you. The services provided extend to injury management and claims management.

Fixed Shift Patterns - Salary of $ 72,748 + Afternoon and Night Loading

Must be able to work these shifts:

Sunday - 6am-3pm

Monday - 1am-9:30am

Tuesday - 1am-9:30am

Wednesday - 11am-7:30pm

Thursday - 11am-7pm

What are my accountabilities:
Answering inbound calls to record absences and injuries

Provide immediate health advice and triage assessment

Follow up with employees to offer guidance and support

Referral coordination of medical and allied health appointments with a network across Australia

Act as point of escalation for customers to investigate cases, follow up cases

About you:
Can work independently

Experience in nursing

Injury management and workers compensation is desirable

Likes a fast paced, but relaxed and fun environment

You are a Registered nurse

As part of the recruitment process, you’ll be invited to complete a HireVue video interview. You’ll also need to undergo background screening, which includes verification of work rights, qualification checks, and police checks.

Training & Work Arrangement
You’ll be supported with a structured training program before moving into the role, ensuring you feel confident and set up for success.
Training will run for a minimum of two weeks prior to commencing the rostered shifts

Training hours will be 8:30am – 4:30pm

Training can be completed entirely online if you are remote

Sydney‑based candidates also have the option to attend the Sydney office on relevant training days

Following the training period, the role is fully work from home.
