#1959376 About this Role As a HEDIS Registered Nurse, you will drive quality improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with established healthcare standards, and ultimately enhance patient outcomes through data-driven practices. Responsibilities Educates providers and supports provider practice sites regarding the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) HEDIS measures and risk adjustment. Conduct clinical quality audits for Quality department Collect data by way of chart extraction, using objective specifiations for HEDIS program Abstract medical record documentation submitted for HEDIS measures used annually for reporting to National Committee for Quality Assurance NCQA. Support the development and implementation of quality improvement interventions and audits in relation to plan providers.
