About the Role As a Remote Part-Time Academic Specialist at BYJU'S, you will play a crucial role in strengthening students' understanding of Maths and Science subjects for grades 4 to 10. You will be responsible for conducting online classes, clarifying doubts, and creating a positive learning environment on our platform. Key Responsibilities Conduct online classes for students in grades 4 to 10, focusing on Maths and Science subjects. Clarify students' doubts and provide step-by-step solutions to their queries. Create a positive and engaging learning environment on our online platform. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Conduct 24 sessions per week, with additional responsibilities up to 12 hours per week. Manage non-session activities (3 PM to 4:30 PM) and session activities (4:30 PM to 9 PM). Participate in parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, training sessions, and monthly tests. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students and enhance their performance. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who are passionate about teaching and making a difference in the education sector.
