Make a Difference—Right at Home

At iCare Therapy, we deliver ABA therapy where life happens at home, alongside caregivers, and within each care recipient’s real routines.

We’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who loves helping children learn, grow, and thrive. As an RBT, you’ll bring evidence-based strategies to life in everyday moments—helping care recipients develop communication, social, and daily living skills that matter most.

This is your opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team that values both your professional development and your personal well-being.

Why You’ll Love Working With iCare Therapy
• In-Home ABA With Heart – Work directly with care recipients in familiar, supportive environments.
• Collaborative Team Culture – You’ll be backed by experienced BCBAs, fellow RBTs, and a leadership team that listens.
• Growth and Mentorship – Receive ongoing training, supervision, and opportunities for career advancement.
• Whole-Family Focus – Partner with caregivers to make progress sustainable beyond the session.
• Balanced Work – Predictable daytime hours with flexibility and hybrid collaboration time.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the care recipient’s home or community setting under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans (BIPs) with fidelity, empathy, and consistency.
• Support care recipients in building communication, social, and functional living skills.
• Collect and record accurate session data using an electronic system (e.g., Central Reach or Rethink).
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA about progress, barriers, and insights.
• Participate in caregiver training sessions to reinforce skills at home.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold iCare Therapy’s high ethical standards.

What You’ll Bring
• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services or working with children, especially those with autism or developmental differences.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Comfort working in home-based environments and partnering with caregivers.
• Excellent communication, observation, and time management skills.
• Positive energy, professionalism, and a heart for helping families thrive.

What You’ll Get
• Competitive Salary: Commensurate with Experience
• Paid Time Off: 3+ weeks plus holidays
• Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
• Ongoing BCBA supervision and mentorship
• CEU and professional development support
• Clear career pathways to Lead RBT, Clinical Care Coordinator, or BCBA (with tuition support opportunities)
