Establish and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers and strategic influencers within prospective client organizations.
Accurately track and report all territory activities, sales pipeline, and opportunities using Salesforce.
Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and secure new business.
Skill Set:
Bachelors degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software, systems, or managed services sales, with a proven track record in new business development.
Demonstrated success in consistently generating over $1M in new logo business annually.
Strong hunter mentality with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets.
Extensive experience selling to financial institutions, with strong C-level relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and close deals.
