About the Role As a Dutch Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and concerns. Utilize your excellent written communication skills to craft clear, concise, and personalized responses that delight our customers. Work collaboratively with our international team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, continuously improving our customer support services. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with our products and services. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting performance targets and contributing to the achievement of team goals. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Fluency in Dutch at a near-native level, with excellent English language skills. Availability to work 6-hour shifts, five days a week, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience in a customer service environment or international business setting is highly desirable. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and personalized responses. A fast learner with a proactive approach, always looking for opportunities to improve and grow. A dedicated, quiet workspace within your residence, equipped with a reliable computer and internet connection. Minimum internet speed requirements: 4 Mb/s download and 1.5 Mb/s upload internationally. A smartphone capable of two-factor authentication, running the latest operating system. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. Familiarity with customer support software and tools, such as helpdesk platforms and CRM systems. Basic technical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly those spoken in European countries.
