The focus is not deal execution alone but disciplined integration, control, and decision clarity. WHAT This role is simple in structure, but not easy in execution. You identify and connect with professionals inside U.S.-based organizations where: • Transactions are being evaluated or executed • No internal M&A / PMI infrastructure is in place • Financial information lacks clarity across entities • Integration governance is undefined or weak • Cross-border complexity introduces execution risk You start conversations, understand the situation, and introduce where there is a clear fit. From there, execution is handled centrally.
