Referral Partner (1099 Independent Contractor) – Remote

WYN Consultants is seeking motivated Referral Partners to support our recruiting and business development efforts nationwide. This is a structured independent contractor role focused on identifying potential job candidates and referring them to WYN Consultants for open positions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy networking, identifying talent, and supporting recruiting workflows from their own location. This is a commission-based 1099 position with flexible hours and no minimum time requirements. Responsibilities • Identify potential job candidates through online outreach, conversations, networking, and professional communities • Share job opportunities with your network and encourage qualified individuals to apply • Collect basic candidate information and submit referrals through WYN’s internal process • Maintain accurate notes and tracking for referrals sent • Communicate professionally on behalf of WYN Consultants • Collaborate with WYN leadership for updates on open roles and program expectations Compensation • Commission-based: Earn a percentage of the placement fee for every referred candidate who is successfully hired • Earning potential: High-performing Referral Partners average $75,000–$150,000+ annually • No cap on commissions • Contractors may operate under their own name or LLC • No hourly wage or salary provided Schedule & Work Environment • Fully remote • Self-paced work • Set your own hours • No specific geographic restrictions Requirements • Strong communication and people skills • Comfortable talking to and connecting with individuals • Ability to identify qualified talent or individuals interested in work • Organized and able to track referrals • Reliable internet/phone access • Prior experience in recruiting, sales, HR, staffing, or community outreach is a plus but not required About WYN Consultants WYN Consultants is a national staffing and workforce solutions firm serving industries such as IT, construction, skilled trades, healthcare, manufacturing, administrative support, and more.
