About You
You've managed a recruitment team before and you know what great looks like. You think in metrics, not just activity. You're a builder who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to help drive results, and what excites you is growth. And most importantly, you’re a human-centred manager.
Agency recruitment experience is preferred, but we're equally interested in people who've led delivery teams in high-volume in-house, BPO or RPO environments.
You're the Right Fit If You:
Have high volume recruitment experience — agency preferred, or equivalent high-volume environment where you've managed a team to clear delivery metrics
Have proven experience growing and developing teams
Are commercially sharp — you understand margin, speed, and fulfilment quality aren't mutually exclusive
Can build and improve processes without needing to be perfect before you ship them
Are confident in front of clients — credible, direct, and good at managing expectations
Data driven
Know how to prioritise competing priorities to deliver great results
Are happy to roll up your sleeves when the team needs an extra pair of hands
Think like an owner
Passionate about Customer and Client experience
What's on Offer
Performance bonus tied to team fulfilment metrics and quality
Fully remote environment
A direct line to the CEO, meaning real influence over how the function evolves
Autonomy to build the systems and processes you know work
Flexibility — we care about output, not hours
A clear path to Head of Talent as the business scales
A team that works hard and doesn't take itself too seriously
Sound like you? Let's talk.
