Article Student Living is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to join their Recruiting team. The Recruiting Specialist will support the talent acquisition process by managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. Responsibilities Coordinate the full interview process, serving as the main contact for candidates and ensuring a positive experience Post job openings, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial candidate assessments Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruiting metrics Support offer processes and onboarding, including preparing documentation and coordinating background checks Plan and complete recruiting events, campus projects, and employer branding activities Help with general recruiting projects, internship programs, and HR team plans Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support Experience with candidate communications, scheduling, and managing recruiting workflow Experience in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with virtual interview platforms Benefits Health (PPO or HSA), dental, and vision Flexible PTO 13 paid holidays 401K – 100% match up to 5% Annual review and bonus program Paid parental leave Pay on demand Company Overview Article Student Living is a vertically integrated student housing real estate company.
