Recruiting Coordinator

They are seeking a proactive Recruiting Coordinator to manage the hiring process, coordinate interviews, and enhance candidate experiences at their Denver office. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels Be the main point of contact for onsite interviews at the Denver office Manage and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience Post job openings on various job boards and company career pages Assist with background checks, offer letters, and pre-employment paperwork Assist with onboarding process with onboarding communication, new hire paperwork and conducting New Hire Orientation Update headcount plans and New Hire spreadsheet with candidate names, offer letters, and new hires Collaborate with recruiters and HR team members to improve hiring workflows Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts Help track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires Create reports on hiring metrics and employee metrics utilizing Ashby and HiBob Assist with HR projects as needed Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent multitasking and time management abilities Ability to work effectively with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby Preferred) 1-3 years in recruiting, HR, or administrative support (preferably in talent acquisition) Benefits Hybrid working environment Team building and educational opportunities Generous benefits package including robust health benefits and a 401(k) company contribution Unlimited PTO Competitive compensation and bonus plan Company Overview Rowan Digital Infrastructure designs to deliver low-cost net zero solutions to green data centers It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
