You’ll provide essential scheduling and administrative support for our high-growth teams, providing a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll impact projects, spearhead process improvements, and get exposure to full-cycle recruiting.Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to build a business that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire candidate journey providing all candidates with a first-class, positive experience starting from the initial contact all the way until they become part of the teamEnsure candidates feel supported, knowledgeable, and excited to go through our processManage candidates end-to-end through Greenhouse, making sure each is moving through in a timely mannerBecome a power user of Greenhouse to drive efficiencies in the recruiting processBuild a solid understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with those team members and hiring managersDrive accountability with internal teams to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for candidatesRegularly analyze and report on our recruiting pipeline to hiring managers and periodically to the entire companyCreate new requisitions in GreenhouseFind ways to automate and improve manual processesAssist recruiters with sourcing activitiesConduct reference checks for late stage candidatesRequirements1+ year of recruiting experience1+ year of experience using Greenhouse ATS preferredIncredibly organized and conscientious, with a strong track record of execution and follow-throughPassion for providing best-in-class candidate experiencesStellar attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalQuick learner, with the ability to pattern-match and improve on ideasStrong experience in Excel and Google SheetsDemonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivityAdditional InformationNote to Colorado applicants: applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.Our ValuesConnection: Care deeply & inspire hope.Congruence: Stay curious & heed the evidence.Commitment: Act with urgency & don’t give up.Please do not call our public clinical admissions line in regard to this or any other job posting.Please be cautious of potential recruitment fraud.
