Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, and providing timely and effective solutions. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to interact with customers via live chat, conduct technical walkthroughs and demos, and document case information to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. As a technical support associate, you will be the face of blithequark, and your ability to build strong relationships with our customers will be crucial to our success. Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries and issues by following established guidelines and protocols, escalating complex issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction Diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide technical support to resolve customer issues related to our products or services via live chat, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills Utilize internal tools to conduct technical walkthroughs and demos, assisting customers in navigating and following instructions to solve issues and use our products efficiently Document case information and update the Product Knowledge base for both customers and internal teams, ensuring that knowledge is shared and improvements are implemented Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and goals, contributing to the growth and expansion of our customer relationships Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
