• Hiring the right strong technical folks is critical to AHA’s ability to grow, serve clients well and keep project teams properly staffed.In a competitive engineering talent market, this position brings focused recruiting support, strong sourcing capabilities and better process follow-through so priority roles do not stall and hiring managers can stay focused on the work.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring managers and the Human Resource Director to manage the full-cycle recruitment process
• Assist with developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, agency coordination, and internal/external outreach
• Source applicants, screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to present qualified talent to hiring managers
• Use traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
• Provide candidates with clear, accurate information about the firm and open positions
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records on candidates, searches, requisition status, and interview activity
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide updates, maintain alignment, and support hiring best practices
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through strong communication, timely follow-up, and a well-organized interview process
• Support offer development and negotiation by researching market conditions, peer organizations, and recruiting trends
• Stay current on innovative recruiting techniques and talent market trends

Required Qualifications
• 5 Years minimum experience in recruitment
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including AI / other features and other direct sourcing tools
• Experience recruiting conventional engineering (mechanical, electrical, energy & sustainability) in MEP, construction or related field preferred
• Competence in developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ADP ATS a plus
• Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives

Optional - What Success Looks Like (First Month)

Additional Information
• This is a part time temporary contract role (W2). Start with 3 months’ full time. Flexible hours. Remote work possible.
• AHA will transfer a Linked in license for use in this position

Expected Salary Range (based upon if state requires)

The expected compensation for this role, including benefits, ranges from $40 to $50 hourly (need to research based upon final requirements) and will be determined based on experience, licensure, education, internal equity, project scope, and location.
