They are seeking a high-energy Recruiter who thrives on proactive sourcing and building relationships to close top candidates. Responsibilities Own deep, proactive sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, cold calling, email, text, events) Develop deep understanding of competitor landscape and market nuances and leverage knowledge to be agile in sourcing approach Execute high-volume cold outreach and cold calling to engage passive candidates Partner tightly with a Senior Recruiter to qualify, advance, and support close of candidates throughout the hiring process Travel as needed to deliver exceptional, white-glove candidate experiences (site visits, interviews, events) Build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and maintain ongoing talent relationships Track outreach, pipeline activity, and candidate progress with consistency and discipline Skills Proven experience in hard-to-fill sourcing and recruiting Loves creating exceptional candidate experiences Comfortable and confident with cold calling and persistent outreach - creative in approach Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills Willingness to travel to support candidate experience and hiring needs Collaborative mindset with comfort working in a paired, team-based recruiting model Organized, driven, and results-oriented Obsessed with candidate organization, data and tracking Benefits Competitive salary Bonus program Unlimited paid time off Company-paid healthcare 401(k) retirement plan with company match Dental and vision insurance Gym membership Employee discounts on veterinary services and products Company Overview GoodVets offers friendly veterinary care provided by professionals who love animals.
