Duties Include:
ā¢ Greet and direct clients
ā¢ Answer phone calls and route to appropriate person
ā¢ Sort, screen, scan, and distribute mail
ā¢ Maintain computer files
ā¢ Provide general office support for various departments
ā¢ Data entry, file, fax and copy
ā¢ Track, order, and maintain office supplies
ā¢ Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ Detail oriented with good organizational skills
ā¢ Ability to multi-task in busy environment
ā¢ Good verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with all levels of personnel
ā¢ Computer proficient, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
ā¢ Team Player
Our full-time employees work 37.5 hours a week and we offer a great benefits package, including a
Profit Sharing Plan that we contribute 10.5% of your salary toward your retirement.
