Real Estate Production Partner
Work Directly with a Top-Producing Agent

About the Role
Meeker Realty Group is hiring a full-time Production Partner to work directly alongside a top-producing agent and company owner.
This is a hands-on, sales-focused role inside a high-performing real estate operation. You will step into an active pipeline and assist with buyers, client care, and field responsibilities. This is not an administrative position. It is a production role designed for someone who wants to grow within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
This role is heavily buyer-focused and client-facing.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting buyer showings
• Nurturing and following up with active buyers
• Suggesting and previewing properties
• Hosting open houses
• Assisting with listing support when needed
• Managing client communication and care
• Scheduling and attending inspections and appointments once in escrow
• Supporting database follow-up and relationship management
Contract writing and deeper transaction involvement may be added after training.
Lead & Opportunity Structure
• Work primarily within the owner’s active pipeline
• Access to Meeker Realty Group lead opportunities
• Encouraged to generate personal business
• Commission split on transactions you service
This role provides built-in opportunity for someone willing to stay consistent and execute at a high level.
Requirements
• Active California real estate license
• Full-time commitment to real estate
• Strong sales background (required)
• Comfortable working weekends
• Confident communicator in person and on the phone
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Self-starter who does not require constant direction
• Comfortable on video
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and AI tools
• Have closed at least 5 real estate transactions
Sales experience is required. Real estate production is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate with strong sales ability and work ethic.
Previous production is helpful but not required. Strong sales background and work ethic are essential.
Work Environment
• Weekly in-person team meetings in Temecula
• Strongly encouraged to work from the office when not in the field
• Close collaboration with the company owner
• High accountability and performance standards
