Real Estate Marketing & Transaction Coordinator

Bullpen Talent is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Real Estate Marketing & Transaction Coordinator to support a fast-growing home sale division in the U.S. real estate market. In this role, you’ll help streamline the listing and transaction process for mobile homes, ensuring accurate MLS data entry and supporting our Director of Marketing with key administrative tasks. Responsibilities • Input and manage real estate listings in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), ensuring all details, documents, and photos are accurate and up to date • Track the full transaction lifecycle from listing to closing, keeping all stakeholders informed and organized • Coordinate with photographers, inspectors, and other vendors to support the listing process • Research and assist with pulling permits, leads, or property-specific information as needed • Support the Director of Marketing in preparing and updating marketing materials • Maintain organized digital files and property records Who You Are • Highly organized and tech-savvy, with strong attention to detail • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Experienced with data entry, project coordination, or real estate admin work • Familiarity with the U.S. real estate process or MLS systems is a plus • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment • Strong communication and follow-up skills What We Offer • Diverse and meaningful client work across industries such as Real Estate • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement • Supportive, values-driven team environment Apply tot his job
