PACT Charter School, a Minnesota K-12 public charter school, is now accepting applications for the 2026/2027 school year.
Position: Secondary (6th - 12th grade) Online Instructor (Work from 7729 161st Ave NW, Ramsey, MN 55303 daily)
Position Summary: Under the direction of the Secondary Principal, The Online Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging instruction to middle and high school students (Grades 6–12) in an asynchronous virtual learning environment. The Online Instructor designs, facilitates, and assesses coursework aligned to state academic standards, maintains consistent communication with students and families, and collaborates with school staff to support student success. This position requires flexibility, self-direction, and a strong commitment to ensuring student belonging and academic success for each and every student, as well as equitable access in digital learning.
• Salary will commensurate upon experience.1.0 FTE
• 7-14 Students enrolled in the course- $2000/semester course
• 15-30 Students enrolled in the course- $2500/semester course
• Benefits include health with an HSA, dental, life/ltd, TRA and PTO/ESST
• Optional employee elect benefits include: 403B, 457 Deferred Comp, vision, STD, term life, accident, hospital, critical illness and telemedicine.

The PACT Secondary Campus is located at 7729 161st Ave NW between Central Park in Ramsey and the St. Katharine Drexel Church property. Many parks and an extensive trail system are readily accessible and connected by a network of trails that link The COR to the regional parks and trail system. Many people have chosen to live in Ramsey because of its rural character, wetlands, wildlife, and housing choices. U.S. Highways 10/169 and State Highway 47 are two main routes. Northstar Commuter Rail stops in Ramsey and runs to and from downtown Minneapolis.
