They are seeking a Real Estate Coordinator to support the growth and execution of their real estate strategy, partnering closely with the Director of Real Estate to manage data and operational documentation.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain rent rolls for key submarkets through broker outreach and internal dataAssemble competitive benchmarking data (number of vet clinics, pricing, hours of operation)Track regional veterinary activity (clinic openings, expansions, closures)Prepare internal site review documents and summaries for new opportunitiesMaintain real estate pipeline tools, trackers, and supporting documentationGather flyers, site plans, and photos from brokers and landlord repsRun basic demographic, consumer behavior, and growth reports using internal toolsBenchmark sites using internal scoring models and KPIsPrepare briefs on new or emerging submarketsPresent site- and market-level characteristics to the Real Estate Committee for approvalsDevelop and maintain certificates of insurance (COIs) for all Petfolk locations, working with Legal and Operations teamsSkills1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, retail analytics, or site selectionDetail-oriented and highly organized; comfortable managing multiple inputs at onceStrong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and document managementEffective communicator who can synthesize findings into clear summariesEnthusiastic about learning the full lifecycle of retail real estateCompany OverviewPetfolk provides modern veterinary care through in-person and virtual services.
