Real Estate Broker
We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Broker to serve as Broker of Record for our national Real Estate Referral Network. This is a remote, part-time role ideal for a licensed broker looking to earn passive income with minimal involvement.
Responsibilities (as required by law for a Broker of Record):
• Maintain active real estate broker license in good standing with the state.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal real estate regulations.
• Oversee the real estate activities conducted under the brokerage license.
• Review and approve outbound referral agreements.
• Be available to respond to inquiries or audits from regulatory authorities.
• Maintain records as required by your state’s real estate commission.
Note: You will not be responsible for client management, lead generation, or active transactions. This is a legal oversight role only.
Compensation Structure:
• 5% of all referral fees the company collects.
• Example: If a typical closed referral brings in a $5,000 fee, you earn $250.
• We are targeting 20+ closings per month, which equates to:
• $100,000/month in referral fees
• $5,000+/month or more potential income to you (growing)
Requirements:
• Active Broker License (in any state, though preference may be given based on coverage needs)
• Clean disciplinary history
• Experience as a Broker of Record or managing broker is a plus
• Must be responsive and organized with documentation
