Real Estate Analyst Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst Assistant to work with our existing client. This role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support our client's investment decisions. Work Schedule: 9am - 6 pm EST (Monday - Friday) Job Type: Fully-Remote Key Responsibilities: • Research real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the data, talk to people about the data externally (like brokers) and then write an analysis explaining/supporting their findings in detail. • Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments. • Create financial models to assess property performance and returns. • Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals. • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients. • Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents. • Previous work experience in Real Estate or other roles. • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling experience preferred. • Analytical experience that allows one to think independently • Familiarity with FileMaker pro and skills in internet searching • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal (a must). • Negotiable salary (depends on the experience) • Weekly pay • Work-from-home opportunities Original job Real Estate Analyst Assistant posted on GrabJobs ©.
