Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:
Nurturing company provided leads and prospect new lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, social media, and open houses
Working closely with buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction
Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
Real Estate Agent Qualifications:
You should have an engaging personality & great attitude
Be personable, honest, and interested in helping others
Highly organized with attention to detail and comfortable with technology
Self-motivated, driven, and smart
Desire to learn new skills
You must have an active real estate license to work as a real estate agent for any brokerage in the state. Feel free to ask us any questions you have about the licensing process
Additional Information:
Real estate agents are independent contractors, so your income potential is unlimited. Generally, full-time real estate agents can earn $85,000 - $250,000, but some earn far more.
