What You’ll Do • Help clients buy and sell residential properties • Network, prospect, and grow your personal book of business • Conduct CMAs, showings, open houses, and negotiations • Communicate effectively with clients and partners • Utilize the brokerage’s training and systems to build your pipeline • Work as an independent contractor What You Need • Active Tennessee real estate license (or currently enrolled in licensing courses) • Ability to work independently • Strong communication skills • Motivation to build your own business • Basic real estate knowledge (training provided) Compensation Commission-only, independent contractor role.
