This role is responsible for managing administrative tasks for a large, complex community or group of communities in the Texas and Denver regions. As a Community Coordinator, you will play a vital part in supporting the maintenance or office administrative functions, depending on the community's needs. Your responsibilities will include managing service requests, preventive maintenance, on-site purchasing, move-ins, renewals, move-outs, project management, and general administration.
