Duties
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire transaction process
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants
• Develop tailored marketing strategies utilizing digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising to maximize property exposure
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency
• Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws to ensure compliance in all transactions
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining client records, and coordinating with property management teams
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and guiding them through complex legal or procedural steps
Requirements
• Proven experience in real estate sales or property management with strong organizational skills
• Excellent negotiation abilities combined with effective communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
• Knowledge of marketing techniques specific to real estate to attract diverse clientele
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and ethical standards governing property transactions
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
• Administrative experience related to real estate transactions or office management is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask efficiently while managing multiple client needs and deadlines effectively
